Nissan unveiled last week the new 2017 Nissan Pathfinder that will debut this fall at Belvedere Nissan. Consumers in the Laurentian and Laval regions will therefore soon be able to enjoy a more modern and more powerful Pathfinder as well, but one that continues to impress with its low fuel consumption.
A more powerful 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for Ste-Agathe buyers
The unveiling of the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder took place at the popular Klyde Warren Park in Dallas, Texas. New features include an upgraded version of the 3.5-liter direct-injected V6 engine with 284 horsepower and 259 lb-ft of torque. The increased power (the previous version of the V6 offered 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque) allows the 2017 Pathfinder to tow 6,000 pounds, the best cargo capacity in its class.
Cosmetic transformations are also on the menu, including LED running lights, a new front bumper, mirrors with integrated turn signals and 18- or 20-inch alloy wheels.
A new power tailgate that can be operated with a right foot movement allows owners to drop off their packages without difficulty. The seven-passenger midsize SUV is also more technologically advanced, thanks in part to a new 8.0-inch touchscreen that provides access to a host of features.
